In January of 2000, after 18 months inside large IT organizations, Bill Augustine made a bold decision. He had seen how rigid systems and a culture of process without purpose could stifle creativity, frustrate clients, and get in the way of meaningful client outcomes. He believed there had to be a better way—and set out to build it.
But the roots of Augustine IT run deeper. At just 12 years old, Bill was building networks and fixing PCs for local businesses, with his mom driving him to appointments and waiting patiently outside. A few years later, his involvement in the Wright-Patterson AFB computer club introduced him to professional mentors who expanded his understanding of IT—moving him beyond hobbyist work and into real-world systems thinking.
By college, that early spark had grown into a thriving business, built on trust and follow-through. Those early experiences shaped a core philosophy: IT should always serve the client—with honesty, responsiveness, and a genuine investment in their success.
That belief became the foundation of Augustine IT. From day one, the company has focused on dependable support, expert solutions, and the integrity to always put the client first. What began as a teenager’s drive to help has grown into a trusted IT partner for businesses across Greater Cincinnati and Dayton—delivering the most value through disciplined, client-focused solutions.
